
Ed Neuenschwander is the
founder and president of Corporate Spiritual Consulting. In 2002 he extended his focus beyond senior pastoral ministry
in the San Francisco Bay Area to include the spiritual needs of those in the business community . . . those who often fall
through the cracks of the local church or are altogether overlooked as a community with its unique needs. His concern was
to provide Christian ministry and pastoral care to firms, companies, and individuals wanting to honor God in their daily business
and personal affairs.
Ed did his undergraduate work at California State University at Long Beach earning a degree
in History and Philosophy in 1968. He and his wife Carol served on the staff of Campus Crusade for Christ from 1968 to 1972.
In 1972 he joined the staff of the Evangelical Free Church of Fullerton, California with Chuck Swindoll. After ten years of
ministry, he entered Talbot Theological Seminary, a graduate school of Biola University, and graduated in 1983 with a Masters
of Divinity in Practical Theology. He also served as the Director of the Counseling Division of Insight for Living until August
1984. From August 1984 until February 1995, he the Senior Pastor of a Church in Nevada County, California; and from 1995 until
the end of 2002, he served as Senior Pastor of an assembly in San Rafael, California. Currently, he and his wife provide leadership
for aCross Marin Christian Fellowship--a ministry that grew out of an outreach to the business community.
Ed has
written Journeys Without Scripts: Dealing with Illness and Other Catastrophic Events published by WinePress Group
in 2009. He and his wife Carol co-authored Two Friends in Love: Growing Together in Marriage published by Multnomah
Press in 1986. For nearly four years they collaborated on the “You and Your Spouse” column for Christian Parenting
Today. Ed and Carol have four adult children and seven grandchildren. They live in Novato, California twenty-five minutes
north of the Golden Gate Bridge.
